Each team member is a running coach, distance runner, or certified trainer. We bring a wealth of experience to you. Our team understands the challenges of running because we are all passionate runners ourselves. We truly love running and are committed to helping you achieve your running goals. We are dedicated to helping our runners start their running journey and enhance their performance.
All the training plans on this site are meticulously created and categorized by me. You can choose from training programs depending on your level. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced runner, you’ll find a plan tailored to your needs.

Esen Bay
Since 2014, running has been my passion. My journey has been marked by milestones and victories, including several wins in half-marathons, 10 K, and 5 K races.
One of my highlights was mastering the 5k. I still remember the exhilaration and dizziness of completing my first 10k training—feeling both dizzy and euphoric at the same time.
The following year, I challenged myself to run my first-ever 14k race and even placed among the top finishers.
