Because our products are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. Unlike a physical product, a digital file cannot be “returned.”

Our Policy Guidelines:

• Download Rule: Once a training plan has been downloaded from our “Success” page or via the email link, the sale is final and no refund will be issued.
• Accidental Purchases: If you purchased a plan by mistake and have NOT clicked the download link yet, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, contact us immediately for a full refund of the second charge.
• Technical Issues: If you are having trouble opening your PDF or accessing your files, please email us at info@esenbay.com. We will ensure you receive your files in a format that works for you.
